PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE CHECK LIST

 

EXTERIOR GROUNDS

PLUMBING

(   ) Check window wells, dry wells and storm drains.

(   ) Repair breaks in insulation.

(   ) Check putty at windows.

(   ) Check for leaks (caulk and weather-strip).

(   ) Lubricate all pumps, fans and motors.

ROOF

(   ) Check for loose, damaged or missing shingles.

(   ) Check soffits for signs of moisture build-up.

(   ) Check condition of chimney.

(   ) Check flashings for lifting or poor seal.

(   ) Clean all gutters and leaders
