Considerations
Skylights must be installed with careful attention to manufacturer’s instructions. All work should be performed by experienced professionals. The Schultz Property Inspection Technical Staff advises that skylights require annual maintenance, including the removal of any leaves or other debris that builds up around the skylights, if water tightness is to be maintained.
